Motivation Monday: I get knocked down but I get up again

This is a pretty amazing comeback. To fall 200m from the end of a 600m race: a long sprint, not a distance race, and to get up and come back and win, is downright amazing.

Three things to take from this:

  1. Sometimes bad things just happen. It’s how you react to them that matters.
  2. If you get knocked down, get right back up again and you can still win.
  3. Helen Dorniden is a serious badass.
